Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate the hotel s telephone switchboard, handling all incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.

Record, log, and process guest requests, messages, and wake-up calls accurately.

Manage guest service requests and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.

Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and service needs with professionalism.

Relay messages and information to guests clearly and accurately.

Monitor unanswered calls, follow up with callers, and ensure timely assistance.

Maintain updated records of guest communications and call logs.

Test and maintain communication systems, ensuring they function properly at all times.

Adhere to brand communication standards and uphold The Ritz-Carlton service excellence philosophy.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask.

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
