Roles & Responsibilities

This is a Hospitality-based position focused on delivering exceptional service!About the JobAs a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests from their arrival until their departure. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping with check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and making sure that guests are happy with their stay.Your Experience:Experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a PLUS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English.Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
