Responsible for the compiling of the weekly schedule as well as monitoring payroll.
Responsible for documentation such as goal setting, evaluations and coach and counsels.
Promotes company and departmental values and policies.
Consistently looks for ways to improve the guest experience, the department, and the resort as a whole.
Assists other departments when the business level demands it.
Assists with complimentary shuttle service for guests when needed.
High school Diploma.
Must possess basic computer skills.
Requires good communication skills.
Two years experience in same field.
