Key Responsibilities
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Welcome guests and assist with inquiries, requests, and hotel information

- Manage room assignments, key distribution, and reservations updates
- Address service requests promptly and escalate when necessary
- Assist with billing, payments, and basic cashiering duties
- Monitor lobby activity and ensure a welcoming environment
- Maintain accuracy in guest records and system inputs
- Support guest engagement initiatives and loyalty program enrollments
- Follow Sheraton service standards and contribute to a memorable guest stay
- Handle guest concerns with a calm and solution-focused approach
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Front Office leadership team
