Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess client's skin and hair type to determine the most suitable hair removal method, ensuring optimal results and client comfort.
- Perform various hair removal techniques, including waxing, sugaring, threading, and electrolysis, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions, educating clients on how to minimize irritation and maintain smooth skin.
- Maintain detailed client records, documenting treatments, reactions, and preferences for personalized service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, providing a foundational understanding.
- Completion of a state-approved cosmetology or esthetics program, demonstrating formal training.
- Valid state license or certification as a Hair Removal Specialist, ensuring professional standards.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a salon or spa setting, showcasing practical skills.
