Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyles, hair care needs, and preferences while educating them on organic product benefits.
  • Perform a wide range of hairstyling services, including cutting, coloring (using organic dyes), styling, and treatments, ensuring precision and artistry.
  • Provide expert advice on organic hair care products, recommending suitable options and demonstrating their proper application for optimal results.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, adhering to salon standards and health regulations, especially when handling organic products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a cosmetology license is mandatory.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in hairstyling, with a strong focus on organic hair products.
  • Holds certifications in organic hair coloring and treatments, showcasing specialized knowledge.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of hair anatomy, different hair types, and the chemistry of organic ingredients.
