Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing handset sales operations across retail stores and indirect networks. The role ensures sales targets are achieved and supports the execution of handset promotions and campaigns. Supervise daily handset sales activities in retail stores and dealer locations. Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Support implementation of handset promotions and marketing campaigns. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams. Train and guide sales representatives on product knowledge and sales techniques. Prepare sales performance reports and provide feedback to management. Maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or MBA in Business
- Experience : need More than 5 years of experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry and devices Handset business background (Working in handset device brands at least 3 years).
