Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Understanding the drawings and Fabrication of HDPE, ECTFE, PVDF, PPH, PPR, and PVC piping products
  2. by Butt Fusion, Electro Fusion, Infra-Red Welding, Sidewall Fusion, Socket Fusion, and Extrusion welding
  3. and Cementing methods respectively.
  4. Monitor and ensure effective output from machines, shopfloor work locations, and fabricators.
  5. Maintain all production documentation.
  6. Ensure safe operations of Machines, Bandsaws, and other power tools.
  7. Responsible for cutting all pipes, hollow bars, solid rods, and sheets in the required angle, length, and alignment.
  8. Perform joint work on site.
  9. Adheres to HSE guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2 years relevant fabrication work experience, preferably in plastic pipes and fittings in a construction or manufacturing environment
  2. Fabrication works experience in a plastic pipes and fittings environment.
  3. Ability to understand pipe and fittings specification drawings.
  4. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
  5. Good creative skills
  6. Acceptable English verbal communication
