Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the coffee preparation process, ensuring each beverage meets the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
- Train and mentor junior baristas on both technical skills and customer service, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage inventory and ordering of coffee beans and supplies, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Create and innovate new beverage recipes that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or food service management is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a specialty coffee environment, showcasing a passion for coffee culture.
- Barista certifications or training from recognized coffee institutions to demonstrate expertise in coffee preparation.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
