Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the NoHo bar, ensuring a consistently high standard of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the bar team to maintain a motivated, professional, and guest-focused environment.
- Develop and maintain a diverse and innovative beverage menu, including signature cocktails aligned with the venue s concept and brand.
- Ensure a lively and engaging bar atmosphere is maintained throughout all operating hours, in line with the premium American Brasserie dining experience at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, inventory controls, ordering, and cost management to support operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to continually enhance the identity, performance, and reputation of the beach bar offering.
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, a confident presence, and the ability to engage guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Holds substantial experience in premium hospitality environments, preferably within luxury resorts or high-end bar operations, in a supervisory or senior bartender capacity.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach and the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, spirits, and bar operations, with a strong emphasis on quality and consistency.
- Displays a balanced combination of creativity and professionalism, with a clear focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Committed to fostering a positive, safe, and service-oriented atmosphere for both guests and team members.
