Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Develop and update menus with creativity and quality
Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff
Monitor food cost, inventory, and waste control
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
Strong leadership and organizational skills
