Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations of a well-established Gastro Pub in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and strong leadership to deliver high-quality dishes while managing a motivated and efficient team.

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in the UAE within a Gastro Pub or similar concept
  • Proven ability to maintain exceptional food quality and consistency
  • Strong kitchen management & leadership skills, including team motivation and development
  • Solid understanding of food costing, menu engineering, stock control, and waste reduction
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining standards and service flow
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews and trial shifts
