Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef located in Egypt. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, designing and updating menus, managing inventory and food costs, ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance, and leading the culinary team to consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences. The Head Chef will also focus on fostering team collaboration and supporting professional growth within the kitchen environment.

- Culinary skills, including menu design and food preparation
- Team leadership and staff management expertise
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and inventory management

- Extensive experience as a chef, with proven success in a leadership role
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
