Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a dynamic Indo-Chinese menu, ensuring authenticity while innovating with modern techniques.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, from inventory management and cost control to maintaining impeccable hygiene standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of culinary professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the highest quality ingredients at competitive prices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
- Hold relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in an Indo-Chinese kitchen.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of Indo-Chinese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
