Looking for an experienced Head Chef in UAE.
Manage resident food preferences by capturing feedback from various residents and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with state, local and regulatory agencies as they relate to food service.
Assure that only the quantities of items scheduled for use are requisitioned from the storeroom.
Oversee and maintain back of the house operations withing Boyne standard guidelines.
Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer.
High School Diploma.
Possess time management and organizational skills.
Two years experience in same field.
Exhibit keen customer service skills.
