Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the seasonal collection design, from initial concept to final production, ensuring brand DNA and market relevance.
  • Oversee the entire design process, including mood boards, fabric selection, sketching, and technical design, guaranteeing quality and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to align designs with sales targets and brand communication strategies, maximizing commercial success.
  • Lead and mentor the design team, fostering a creative and collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field, providing a strong foundation in design principles.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in fashion design, with a proven track record of designing successful collections.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes, ensuring technical proficiency.
  • Exhibits a strong ability to translate trends into commercially viable designs, showcasing market awareness.
