Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for two operating companies
- Lead and transform financial teams, managing both onshore and offshore resources
- Drive process automation and digital transformation in financial reporting
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across a matrix organization
- Develop and implement strategic financial insights to support decision-making
Must-Have Requirements:
- Extensive FP&A experience in professional services (15+ years)
- Proven track record of building and transforming high-performing finance teams
- Experience managing large, complex reporting processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet critical deadlines
