Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), a Master’s in Nursing, or Healthcare Management is a plus.
  • Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility to practice in the UAE.
  • Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
