Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital, implementing strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize financial risks.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in the relevant industry, providing insight into sector-specific financial practices and challenges.
