Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced professional to lead our Business Development, Sales and Projects Management in Jordan within the HVAC sector.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, driving sales growth, developing strategic client relationships, and leading major HVAC projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and increase market share in Jordan.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities with developers, consultants, contractors, hospitals, and government entities.
  • Lead sales activities for HVAC solutions including VRF systems, chillers, central AC, and large-scale cooling systems.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: client meetings, technical proposals, pricing, negotiations, and project follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and collections.
  • Management of the HVAC Projects Execution
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports for executive management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering .

8+ years of experience in HVAC sales/business development.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems

Proven leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
