Key Objectives: (E.g. Impact within organization, expected output/key performance indicators, turnover, etc.)
Strategic planning: Conceptualize and implement competitive strategies to drive revenue and profitability targets.
Team Management: Monitor the performance of the team with close guidance and motivation to ensure optimum performance on operational, service & sales related issues.
Business Development: Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities to expand Market share.
Brand Management: Oversee all communications, public relation to support the brand aspirations and drive marketing strategy to reach the target audience.
Channel Management: Enhance & strengthen the existing Partner relationship across the region and drive regional strategies to ensure their revenue and profit growth.
Core Responsibilities: (describe the key deliverables to be achieved, impact on strategy/ policy /business / people relationships etc. by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role)
Deliver target revenue & Market share across Region.
Complete P&L responsibility with clear profitability goals.
Create commercial strategies for Sales Division by integrating brand values and ensure flawless execution.
Lead and drive the change to build a strong and stable organization with the right competencies.
Convey the vision and values of Samsung Electronics and ensure strict adherence to Group policies and procedures.
Lead a transformational change in terms of mindset, Sales approach and customer management.
Build strong Category/market mapping to map future opportunities and risks.
Coach and develop organization with functional experts to enhance, strengthen and develop the talent pipeline, drive for results and act as a key motivator and role model.
Close interaction with channel partners/Distributors to defend and increase the value share in each region.
Clear action plan to counter competition with data based analytics.
