Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the whole school EAL department
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with English language acquisition.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to differentiate instruction and ensure language accessibility.
- Monitor student progress and adjust support plans accordingly.
- Provide professional development and coaching to staff on EAL best practices.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and school policies related to language support.

Desired Candidate Profile
BEd Degree or relevant BA Degree with PGCE in your specialist subject
- Extensive experience teaching English as an Additional Language in an international setting
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Head of Department role
- Having taught in the Gulf Region previously would be to your advantage
- An ability to build robust relationships with students and parents
