Main Responsibilities
Implement and manage human resources
activities.
Prepare employee dues (salaries, leave, end of
service, other entitlements).
The implementation of various personnel
procedures such as allowances and bonuses.
To apply the end of service procedure as per
gpssa laws and regulations.
Approve all kinds of leave at self-service
system bayanati.
Ensure that employees comply with working hours
and apply regulations approved in cases of breach of official working hours.
Follow up employee s performance appraisal in
the all stages and provide all support needed.
Continue to save and archive all information
related to the performance management system with confidentiality.
Follow-up employee s grievances related to
performance system results.
Any other work assigned by the Executive
Director of the Support Services Sector.
Qualifications/ Experiences
6 years in the same field
Bachelor of Human Resources or in similar specialization
