Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct financial analysis for investment projects, including cost analysis,
• profitability assessment, and ROI evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions as needed.
• Assist in strategic financial decision-making, including investment evaluations and risk assessments.
• Lead and mentor finance staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Bacheloru2019s masteru2019s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• 10uPHONE_NUMBER years of relevant finance experience, preferably in real estate or investment companies.
• Strong experience in accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of Saudi accounting regulations and corporate finance practices.
