Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and optimize the in-process manufacturing flow of chassis components, ensuring seamless integration and minimal bottlenecks.
- Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Drive the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation and robotics, to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of robust quality control processes, minimizing defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Possess certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management; demonstrating commitment to process optimization.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in chassis manufacturing or a related automotive manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale manufacturing operations and driving significant improvements.
