Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the creative vision and design direction for all interior projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and client objectives, with the focus on creating designs that resonate.
  • Oversee the entire design process from concept development to project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of interior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages growth and creativity.
  • Manage client relationships, presenting design concepts, and gathering feedback, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities, making clients feel valued.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field, providing a strong theoretical foundation.

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • Experience in the luxury residential and/or hospitality sectors, showcasing expertise in high-end design.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers.
