Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments.
Create marketing plans and campaigns that align with sales goals and timelines.
Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
Manage and coordinate traditional marketing efforts such as print ads, signage, brochures, events, and real estate expos.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and monitor conversion metrics.
Coordinate with creative and media agencies, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
Track performance of all marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
Oversee CRM systems and lead-nurturing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
10+ years of marketing experience in real estate .
Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and buyer personas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Experience in managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
