Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Analyze the specifications received and identify the technical and commercial needs.
Coordinate with the technical, sourcing & purchasing, calculation and finance teams for the preparation of offers.
Ensure the conformity of documents before submission (technical and commercial offers).
Follow the progress of consultations and calls for tenders (from withdrawal to closure).
Maintain regular communication with clients to follow up on consultations and offers.
Update customer databases and offer tracking spreadsheets.
Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes related to the handling of consultations.
Profile
Technical training or engineering degree 
Excellent technical understanding (engineering or technical profile).
Good command of French and English (written and spoken).
Good organizational skills, rigor and autonomy.
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and SAP (preferred).
