Roles & Responsibilities

Service provider management: security, cleaning, maintenance, catering.

  • Monitoring of purchases, stock and inventories.
  • Supervision of the store and equipment fleet.
  • Archives and EDM management.
  • Ensures the security of sites and headquarters.
  • Internal logistics organization.

SKILLS :

  • Rigor, discretion, responsiveness.
  • Proficiency in Excel and management software (Odoo or equivalent).
  • Sense of organization and control.
  • Knowledge of purchasing and inventory procedures.
