We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead and oversee all operational activities of our manufacturing facility, specializing in modular process packages and engineered equipment for the Oil and Gas industry. This is a key leadership role offering an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, productivity, and growth within a rapidly expanding organization.

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all operational functions to ensure seamless execution of projects and manufacturing activities. Your role will be central to achieving performance targets related to quality, efficiency, safety, and delivery. Key responsibilities include:

Operational Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the entire operations division including Production, Planning, Quality, HSE, Supply Chain, and Facilities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost-optimization initiatives.

Manufacturing & Project Delivery

• Oversee fabrication, assembly, testing, and dispatch of modular process equipment.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless workflow.

Resource & Performance Management

• Manage manpower planning, training, and performance evaluation for operations staff.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and teamwork.
• Implement KPIs for all operational departments and monitor performance regularly.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards (ISO, local authorities, client specifications).
• Lead operational audits and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Stakeholder & Client Interaction

• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and third-party agencies for FAT, inspections, and approvals.
• Support business development and tendering activities with technical and operational inputs.
