The Head of Operations for Art Jameel’s Saudi initiatives will be based at Hayy:Creative Hub, and managing the day-to-day of this major creative complex will be their primary focus. Hayy will be home to multiple entities, run by Art Jameel and like-minded partners, and this role takes on the responsibility of ensuring that all aspects of the complex run smoothly, responsibly, dynamically and that timelines are adhered to, including the opening (scheduled for winter 2020). The role involves building and maintaining a positive, collegiate environment for tenants, partners and visitors as well as smooth day-to-day functioning of all activities taking place at the complex. Art Jameel KSA’s Head of Operations will oversee HR, operations and government liaison for Art Jameel, plus the management of Hayy – both Art Jameel initiatives and the broader complex — including tenant and facilities management (including IT, contract services, security and maintenance).
