Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Property Management. The Head of Property Management will lead the commercial, operational, and strategic build-out of the vertical, including sourcing 1,000+ units in Year 1 and securing institutional mandates
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and execute strategy to onboard 1,000+ units in the first year.
- Acquire large-scale landlords: developers, REITs, family offices, institutional investors.
- Represent the company externally and drive senior-level partnerships.
- Work with Product & Engineering teams to build PM technology (landlord dashboard, tenant portal, maintenance automation).
- Develop leasing, operations, rent cycle, and maintenance workflows.
- Oversee marketing and leasing performance to achieve high occupancy.
- Own P&L, budgets, and portfolio financial performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Business administration or any related field
Experience:
- 10+ years in real estate, proptech, or institutional property management.
Knowledge:
- Strong network within the KSA real estate ecosystem.
- Proven success acquiring large landlord portfolios.
- Experience with commercial leadership and P&L ownership.
- Experience working with product/tech teams.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Excellent executive presence and relationship-building.
- Deep understanding of leasing economics.
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Ability to scale operations and build teams
- KPIs for Year 1:
- 1,000+ units onboarded.
- Revenue and occupancy targets achieved.
- Successful rollout of PM tech platform.
- Acquisition of 5 10 institutional clients.
