Recruiting is a key process at Infomineo. To support the growth of our offices, we are looking for a Head of Recruiting based in Cairo. You will be in charge of the recruitment process for all offices, under the direct supervision of the HR Director. You will have to work closely with local Country Managers and COO to define targets and strategies, in addition to other members of the team to ensure recruiting operates smoothly.
The Head of recruiting is in responsible for the oversight and delivery along the whole recruitment process and will have the support of a small team to manage certain tasks as required.
RECRUITMENT PROCESSES
• Oversees and supports of the entire recruiting process, from job posting to screening profiles, presence at relevant recruiting events in Cairo, to issuing offers
• Acts as the main point of contact for all the recruitment across offices and with external stakeholders (targets universities, providers)
• Ensure a high-quality experience is had by all of our candidates during the application process
• Manages the reporting and the communication of recruitment updates weekly to the Country Manager, the COO and the HR Director
• Manage and define headhunting searches when recruiting for exotic profiles
• Structure the department and defines relevant KPIs for your team
• Analyze and improve the current recruitment process were relevant
• Develop recruiting strategies for reaching various profiles needed for the different offices
• Work with country managers, the HR director and the COO to develop attractive benefits for hard-to-source talent
• Participates or oversee various projects and traversal actions implemented by the recruiting department (advert dissemination throughout target schools, participation to school forums and job fairs, process optimization, salary benchmarks etc.)
• Develop a best-in-class employer brand for Infomineo in the markets we operate in; Work with HR Director and COO to enhance our brand in the market
STRATEGY

DIGITALISATION :
• Enhance the digital tools and HRIMS systems to improve reporting and candidate management
• Develop social media strategies to enhance recruiting team performance and execution
• Uses networking events, headhunting and social media to identify and approach the right candidates
• Responsible for updating the tools and databases related to recruiting activity (candidate information, candidate status, interviews, and recruiting events etc)

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements
• 4-5 years of experience
• Bachelors Degree in Business; HR; Organizational Psychology
• Interpersonal and communication skills (Reporting)
• Analytical skills
• Process improvement skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Self-starter who can work independently,
• Good organizational skills
• Fluent in English. French, Arabic and other language are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Effectiveness: ability to work in a productive way (prioritizing tasks, staying focused etc.) being 100% reliable and to deliver on time
• Resistance to stress and working under pressure
• Flexibility
