Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Revenue - Retail Media to build and lead our company's retail media practice. This executive role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to establish and scale a significant new revenue stream for our organization. You will hold full P&L ownership for the retail media division, setting ambitious growth targets and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with deep expertise in the CPG/FMCG landscape and a proven track record of building high-performing teams. You will forge strategic, top-to-top partnerships with major retail media networks like Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect. This role requires exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to integrate retail media seamlessly with our broader brand, sales, and supply chain functions. You will champion a data-driven culture, leveraging advanced analytics to prove ROI and guide strategic investment. This is a critical leadership position that will directly impact our company's commercial success in the evolving digital marketplace.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in retail media, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG/CPG industry. Demonstrated success in owning and managing a full P&L for a business unit or division, with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability. Proven experience in designing and executing multi-year, multi-million dollar retail media strategies. Expertise in negotiating and managing large-scale strategic partnerships and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Tier-1 retail media networks (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing). Strong leadership skills with a history of building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing teams. Deep understanding of advanced analytics, measurement frameworks (e.g., MMM, incrementality), and data-driven decision-making to prove ROI. Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that integrate digital strategy with sales, brand marketing, and supply chain. Exceptional commercial acumen and senior-level negotiation skills.
