Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and lead the organisation s corporate tax strategy in line with UAE Corporate Tax Law
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations, including timely filings and reporting
- Advise senior leadership on tax implications of business operations, restructures, and strategic initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong tax governance frameworks and internal controls
- Identify and mitigate tax risks across the organisation
- Manage tax audits and relationships with external advisors and tax authorities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CTA preferred
- 8+ years of corporate tax experience within the UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT laws
- Experience in multinational or complex group environments preferred
- Proven leadership capability and strong analytical and communication skills
