The purpose of the Online Business Group is to ensure that achieves its sales and market share targets in the online sales of the following product categories: mobility (IM), audio visual (CTV) home appliances (HA) and monitors (MON). Sales targets need to be achieved in both pure players channel and e-retailer channels.
Key Objectives: (E.g. Impact within organization, expected output/key performance indicators, turnover, etc.)
Maximize online direct sales (sell-in recognition)
Maximize online indirect sales (sell-out recognition)
Minimize the Market-Place (not-recognized) portion of the online sales business
Optimize online channels coverage
Maximize profitability of online sales
Maximize effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
Maximize Performance marketing KPIs such as ROAS (return on advertising spend)
Core Responsibilities: (describe the key deliverables to be achieved, impact on strategy/ policy /business / people relationships etc. by the post holder and the on-going responsibilities of the role)
Develop and refine the online business strategy in harmony with the overall strategy of the Company. Articulate how both premium and volume models will be marketed and sold online.
Expand the channel (both direct and indirect) that can use to reach the target audiences for online sales conversions.
Closely work with all heads of departments (HODs) to maintain the harmony between traditional offline and new online operations.
Develop and track the execution of the business plans for both pure players and e-retailers in both their sales and their marketing components.
Closely work with the product divisions HODs, product managers (PMs) and sales heads to articulate and timely implement online sales plans.
Supervise and encourage the cooperation between digital marketers and corporate marketing shared services to ensure optimal implementation of CRM, DMP and social media programs complementing key online business campaigns.
Improve the coverage and the accuracy of the online sell-out recognition process and establish win-win relationships with e-retailers so that their sales are tagged and data are shared with.
Develop and implement a program to reduce the amount of parallel import products traded on the Market Place portals and encourage sales of genuine products
