Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Graduate Visiting Student Programs
  • Lead and manage all aspects of NYUAD s Graduate Visiting Student Programs for NYU Tandon and other NYU schools
  • Develop strategies that enhance academic excellence, well-being, orientation, advising, and career development
  • Support enrollment growth goals and liaise with NYU Tandon Admissions for recruitment and yield efforts
  • Establish structures, policies, and systems to support research programs, grants, awards, and experiential learning
  • Ensure programs are inclusive, scalable, and aligned with NYUAD s research agenda

Office of Social Responsibility

  • Expand participation in adult education programs and diversify course offerings
  • Develop partnerships with service vendors, Compliance, and HR to reinforce NYUAD s Supplier Code of Conduct
  • Supervise the OSR Instructor and ensure smooth administration of daily operations
  • Prepare reports, track program metrics, and support community engagement
  • Manage communications strategies and outreach impact

Communications and Strategy

  • Lead social media and content strategy across multiple platforms
  • Oversee global content creators and manage engagement campaigns
  • Develop analytics-driven outreach, newsletters, and trend-aligned communication
  • Maintain consistency across internal and external communication pages
  • Produce quarterly performance reports for leadership

Ideal Profile

  • Master s degree in higher education administration, education, management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience developing and managing academic or study-away programs
  • Experience with multinational, multicultural institutions and graduate student support
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to supervise teams
  • Excellent judgment, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in recruitment, advising, retention, and program operations
  • Skill in social media strategy, digital engagement, and content creation
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and communication analytics tools
  • Ability to manage complex workloads and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Comfort working across time zones, including evenings and weekends when needed
