The Head Pastry Chef / Head Baker ensures the overall Food Service of Pastry and Bakery Operation is maintained in a regular and consistent manner so that food quality standards are met.
Monitor food production and service to assure that planned menus are followed and comply with meal requirements, Estimates baking needs, requisitions adequate supplies, inventories supplies, and keeps records of products made and used. Assists in planning bakery products menu, and maintain full production record.
Perform specialized cake and pastry decorating, provide attractive designs and theme cakes to the occasions.

Essential Qualification:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three (3) years of baking experience in full service or institutional food service environment
• Basic Food Hygiene & HACCP Knowledge, Certificate in Food Safety CIEH Level 3
• More than 3 years’ experience in food or culinary services, restaurants, hotels, catering service etc.
