Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities as per sales orders and dispatch schedules
  • Prepare and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production plans
  • Ensure raw material planning & inventory control
  • Perform machine capacity planning and line balancing to maximize efficiency
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
  • Analyze production delays, bottlenecks, and wastage; implement corrective actions
  • Ensure on-time delivery and optimum stock levels
  • Prepare MIS reports (Production, WIP, RM consumption, dispatch status)
  • Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
