As a Head of Talent Acquisition, you would be responsible for defining and leading the talent acquisition strategy to support the rapid growth of the company and strengthen the recruiting model and programs. As a senior leader, this role will act as a true partner to the business to identify talent gaps, develop and implement sourcing tools and processes, ensure that robust programs are in place, employer branding, onboarding programs and scale the overall recruiting function globally, to deliver against hiring plans.
You will be responsible for monitoring the recruitment procedure, from sourcing to hiring. You will be responsible for the entire resourcing process in the Middle East, leading and developing the team, implement and execute change management in processes and ensure successful delivery. You will ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
You will initiate and lead all sourcing strategies, performance improvement and prepare annual recruitment budget. You will forecast hiring needs based on the business plans, handling stakeholder management and effectively managing the recruitment team. You will drive improvement projects, gap analysis, in compliance with the Global Talent Acquisition team.
