Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and support the service team to deliver an exceptional fine dining experience to all guests.
Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of menu offerings, including food, beverages, and daily specials.
Recommend dishes, wine pairings, and menu combinations to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure food and beverage items meet quality and presentation standards before service.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with professionalism and tact.
Assist with training, mentoring, and motivating junior team members to maintain service excellence.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards in all service areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele.
Proven ability to lead by example and manage a small service team effectively.
Solid understanding of fine dining service protocols and luxury guest expectations.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail under pressure.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
