Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Health & Safety Officer – UAE National (Real Estate, Dubai)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated UAE National to join our team as a Health & Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support implementation of HSE policies and procedures
Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks
Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations
Assist in incident investigations and reporting
Deliver safety awareness sessions to employees
Maintain HSE documentation and records
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
UAE National (with valid Family Book)
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred (high school graduates also welcome to apply)
Strong interest in health and safety practices
Good communication and reporting skills
