Roles & Responsibilities

Health & Safety Officer – UAE National (Real Estate, Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated UAE National to join our team as a Health & Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of HSE policies and procedures

  • Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks

  • Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations

  • Assist in incident investigations and reporting

  • Deliver safety awareness sessions to employees

  • Maintain HSE documentation and records

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:


  • UAE National (with valid Family Book)

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred (high school graduates also welcome to apply)

  • Strong interest in health and safety practices

  • Good communication and reporting skills
