Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications Required
- Master Craftsman Diploma or University degree in Health and Social Care or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a relevant health and social care area.
- At least 2 years of teaching or training experience with qualifications delivery.
- Fluent business English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and ability to use office management tools effectively.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to teach across the following areas: Hospital care, Home care, Clinical care, Paramedical care, Social care, Nutrition and wellbeing
- Analytical and organized, with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and prioritize effectively.
- Dedicated and reliable team player with intercultural awareness and sensitivity to gender issues.
- Experience in developing educational resources and teaching materials.
- Previous work experience in the GCC region or similar contexts preferred.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
