Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with insurance companies and TPAs to monitor and manage customer claim cases from initiation to settlement.
  • Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to gather required documentation and expedite approvals.
  • Communicate with customers proactively, providing updates and ensuring a seamless, supportive claims experience.
  • Review claim submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with UAE health insurance regulations.
  • Identify gaps or delays in the claims cycle and implement solutions for process improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to digitalize the existing health claims process and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain claim records, track SLAs, and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Ensure all processes align with UAE health insurance laws and payer guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years mandatory experience in a TPA, health insurance company, or directly in a healthcare facility handling claims, approvals, or reimbursement processes.
  • Strong understanding of UAE health insurance regulations, including DHA/DOH policies and payer rules.
  • Proven experience working closely with hospitals and clinics on claim coordination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and empathetically.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and enthusiasm for process automation or digital transformation.
