Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Enforce health and safety regulations at the site, ensuring compliance with UAE laws.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers and subcontractors.
• Report any incidents, near misses, or violations promptly
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in health and safety, with a proven track record of success.
- Exhibits in-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying hazards and developing effective solutions.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective training, collaboration, and influence.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Exhibits proficiency in using safety management software and other relevant technical tools.
- Possesses a strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a bonus.
