Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop corporate HSE policy, objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Supervise HSE teams across multiple worksites; provide leadership and coaching.
  • Champion safety improvement programs and behavioral safety initiatives.
  • Oversee audits, incident investigations, and regulatory liaison.
  • Integrate HSE considerations into design reviews, procurement, and contractor management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s in Engineering or equivalent; advanced HSE certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years HSE leadership experience in construction/engineering.
  • Thorough knowledge of regional regulations and best practice standards.
  • Proven track record in managing large, complex project portfolios.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English; strong interpersonal and crisis management skills.
