Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Heat Treatment Skilled Worker to operate furnaces and carry out heat treatment processes as per technical specifications and quality standards.

  • Operate heat treatment furnaces (annealing, normalizing, tempering, quenching, etc.)

  • Monitor temperature, time cycles, and process parameters

  • Load and unload materials safely

  • Maintain proper furnace records and documentation

  • Follow heat treatment process instructions as per drawings/specifications

  • Ensure safety compliance inside heat treatment shop

  • Coordinate with production and quality teams

  • Perform routine equipment checks
