Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues in heavy-duty machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems, including inspections, testing, and component replacement, to guarantee equipment reliability.
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components.
  • Install and maintain electrical wiring, circuits, and control systems in heavy-duty equipment, adhering to safety codes and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Holds a Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy-duty electrical work within the mining or construction industry.
  • Exhibits proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
