Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and drive heavy-duty trucks across various terrains and weather conditions, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Load and secure cargo efficiently, ensuring weight limits and balance for safe transport.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of trucking activities, including logs, delivery receipts, and inspection reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience driving heavy-duty trucks in a professional setting, showcasing reliability and proficiency.
  • Certification in defensive driving or similar training programs is preferred to ensure safety on the road.
  • Experience in the logistics or freight transportation industry is advantageous for understanding operational workflows.
